These are the three rooms
We provide free Wi-Fi, TV/radio, hairdryer, hangers, iron on request, two hot water bottles, and a good first aid kit.
The beds can be single or joined to make a double. The beds have comfortable medium-firm mattresses, plus white, Egyptian cotton bed linen, hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows (firm and soft), and lovely woollen blankets.
There are two bedside cabinets with ample drawer space; and hangers on the back of the doors. The reading lights are flexible and easy to read by.
The bathroom is tiled uniquely with special scenes of Dungeness painted professionally by a local ceramic artist. It also sports a Jacuzzi bath, or an overhead shower if you prefer, with constant hot water.
We provide soft towels, bath-mats (for floor plus non-slip for bath), hand wash, shower gel, and body lotion (none tested on animals nor containing palm oil, T.E.A. or M.E.A., parabens, SLS, SLES or propylene glycol).
Conservatory - Living Room
This opens directly onto the patio and garden and has stunning views of Dungeness, the iconic power station, delectable sunsets, and, in the distance, Cliff End between here and Hastings.
We serve a vegetarian, substantial, and delicious breakfast. The food and drink we offer is from Waitrose and (when available) Fairtrade, organic, and either free of palm oil and soya products or containing sustainable palm oil and soya products.
We serve muesli, cornflakes and weetabix, fresh bread (brown rye-wheat, brown with seeds, plain brown, or white), butter, Marmite, jams and marmalade, particularly tasty free-range eggs, sliced vegetarian cheddar, fresh tomatoes, juice, fresh coffee (including decaffeinated), semi-skimmed milk, and ordinary tea (including decaffeinated), Earl Grey, white tea, green tea, and a selection of Pukka herb/flower teas.
We provide a kettle, an electric toaster, and an electric egg boiler. However, we are happy to make you scrambled eggs or an omelette instead of boiled eggs. With grilled tomatoes.
Please ask us - reasonably in advance of your stay - if you would like soya/other milk, gluten-free cereal and bread, oatcakes, rice cakes, and/or sugar-free jams.
